• The Delivery time (after the order is dispatched) across Pakistan is 3 to 5 working days for the major cities. For remote areas delivery can take longer.

• we are offering Free shipping all over Pakistan on orders with a minimum order amount of Rs.1,000/- or above. However, delays in transit are possible due to uncontrollable conditions or circumstances.

COMPLETE ADDRESS

• Customer should add Complete and proper address with House number, Block number and street number Or Nearest famous Landmark in order to get there parcel at doorstep. Incomplete address orders will be cancelled.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• You have 4 days from the date of delivery to claim for the only exchange if.
